Reflexology - 60 minutes £30; 30 minutes £20

A holistic therapy that applies pressure to reflex points on the feet and /or hands which can stimulate a response in the corresponding area of the body. Reflexology can help correct imbalances, release blocked energy and help restore balance to the whole body. 

Body Massage – 60 minutes: £40

A hands-on full body massage based on the Swedish massage system which can be either invigorating or relaxing. Relieves muscle tension, stimulates circulation, increases serotonin levels, improves muscle tone, alleviates stress and promotes total mind and body relaxation. 

Back/neck/shoulder massage - 30 minutes: £25

Specifically targeting the back, neck and shoulders this massage improves circulation, stimulates muscles, reduces tension and relieves stress which builds in these areas. 

Hot Stone Massage – 60 minutes: £40; 90 minutes: £60

Penetrating heat from smooth oiled and warmed stones is used to relieve tense muscles and sore joints. Combined with Swedish techniques, this creates an unforgettable, thoroughly relaxing experience.

Indian Head Massage – 60 minutes: £30; 30 minutes: £20

Indian Head massage focuses specifically on areas of the head, including scalp, neck, face, the upper back and shoulders to bring about release of tension and promote deep relaxation.

Ear Candling - 30 minutes: £25

An unusually relaxing treatment where an ear candle made of unbleached cotton covered in beeswax is inserted into the outer ear and lit the resulting suction action and pressure waves help loosen compacted earwax and gently clear nasal passages and sinuses.
