ESTEEM BEAUTY POLICIES
Booking policies: Due to rise in popularity of bookings at peak hours, and to ensure all our clients are accommodated we have introduced a booking policy, a deposit is required to be paid at the time of booking to secure the appointment. A credit/ debit card payment can be made in person or over the phone. None of the card details are saved. Payments for consultations for Semi-permanent make up are required to be paid in full at the time of booking.
Cancellations: If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please give us 24 hours’ notice prior to the appointment to avoid losing your deposit and 48 hours notice is required for group booking, package, or specialised treatments bookings.
Refunds: All deposits and booking fees are non-refundable. In certain cases, refunds may be available only upon special request to the owner. Refunds can only be processed if the client comes into the salon.
Vouchers: Customers paying with vouchers are reminded that if they fail to attend the appointment or change the booking timings with less than 48 hours’ notice, they will lose their deposits and the treatment will not be redeemable in the future.
Punctuality: Please arrive at least 10 minutes before your treatment. Arriving late for your treatment will limit the time of your treatment. Your treatment will end at the scheduled time to accommodate the next customer’s scheduled appointment.
Returns Policy: if you change your mind about your purchase, please return the unused goods (in unopened/undamaged packaging) to us within 7 days of purchase and we will offer you an exchange, a credit note or you can put the value towards the cost of a treatment. This does not affect your usual consumer rights*, including your right to claim a refund, replacement, repair and/or compensation where the goods are faulty or misdescribed.'
Cold sore sufferers: Esteem Beauty would like to remind customers that if suffering from a cold sore at the time of a treatment Esteem Beauty will not be able to perform said treatment. This will result in Esteem Beauty retaining the deposit to cover the cost of the missed appointment. * Taken from the Sale of Goods Act 1979
“5pm” Bookings: Esteem Beauty does not have access to 5pm booking system and can not confirm appointments. We do our best to accommodate customers into their desired timings.
