Scar camouflage using Semi -Permanent Makeup or sometimes referred to as Skin Pigment Micropigmentation is a technique where pigments are deposited into the upper dermis of the skin to match the surrounding skin tone and reduce the visibility of scars. Scar camouflage is suitable for : -Surgical scars (e.g. tummy tuck, C-section) -Injury or burn scars -Stretch marks -Acne scars (in some cases) -Hair transplant scars (FUT/FUE) Not suitable for: -Keloids -Very new scars (usually less than 12 months old) -Unstable or discoloured scars (red, purple, inflamed)
